  1. Select an existing ring that fits the desired finger.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters in a straight line from the edge of the ring to the inside of the ring (Fig.2).<\/span><\/li>
  3. Use the size conversion chart to find your ring size (Fig.1).<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
